About Annetta North

The Town of Annetta North is in east Parker County, Texas, just southeast of Weatherford, and just south of Willow Park and Hudson Oaks. As of the 2000 Census, the population of the town was 467, and its land area was 3.3 square miles.

There are not very many businesses or public areas in Annetta North, since most land is residential and agricultural. Both the Clear Fork and the South Fork of the Trinity River run through the town, as well as Burgess Creek and the Dixon Branch.

The only cemetery in the town is O'Neal Cemetery, on Underwood Road.

The Town of Annetta North was incorporated on August 11th, 1979. Previously, there was only the unincorporated Annetta community. However, now there are three Annettas:  Annetta, Annetta North, and Annetta South.

The entire town is in the 76008 ZIP code, and most of it is in the Aledo Independent School District. The far western part of the town is in the Weatherford Independent School District.
